Ooohhh yes......
delicious, aromatic, unctuous, mouth-watering, nourishing and healthy peasant food...... love it.

Congrats on collecting the ingredients from your own resources.....fascinates me how most people believe 'food' has to be in packets and paid for instead of looking outside their own windows and recognising the hunge amount of wild and free foods there are.

All hale and hearty to you.......

Yum yum yum.

Stew is the best thing ever.

Cut-wise, chuck steak on the bone is awesumness distilled IMHO. Some butchers in Melbourne (the one at the Northcote Plaza eg) sell it for $3.50 a kg too, which is, y'know... nice I guess.

"Interesting" fact: I once cooked a corned beef centred feast in an oldy-times farmhouse for a bunch of people, eight I think, on <strike>acid</strike> an open fireplace with swing-out hooks for pots. It was way fun.

The plug in slow cookers of this world do not heat a loungeroom. It's a well-known failing of theirs. Your Glowburn however, rocks.
